3 tbsp. unsalted butter (or coconut oil) 45 ml
2 tbsp. honey (or maple syrup) 30 ml
8-12 Ontario Golden or Blue plums halved and pitted
Thick plain or vanilla yogurt (or coconut/soy yogurt)
2 tbsp. crushed nuts of your choice (unsalted) 30 ml
DIRECTIONS
In skillet, melt butter and honey. Place plums (flat side down) and cook over medium heat for 6-7 minutes. Turn gently and continue cooking over low heat, until plums are well cooked.
Place warm plums in four bowls and top with reduced cooking liquid. Garnish with two or three spoons of yogurt, to taste, top with crushed nuts.
