DIRECTIONS
- 1 cup frozen blueberries or just double the plums
- 2 red plums, pitted and sliced
- 1 small container peach Greek yogurt. Plain yogurt or plant-based yogurt (soy/coconut/almond) is fine too.
- juice of 1 lemon
Add ingredients to blender and start slow with a gradual increase in speed. Let it whirl for 15-30 seconds on high to make it lighter with more air.
