FruitShare kicks of the 2017 harvest season by planting four fruit trees at a Barrie Municipal Non-profit housing complex! A tenant reached out to us inquiring about food security initiatives for the residents. We will be planting four fruit trees, 2 apple and 2 pear, that will provide food in years to come, as well as educational opportunities such as food skills workshops.
